Pastry Chef
We are a luxury hotel located in Al-Rayyan, seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes
- Decorate pastries and desserts using various techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Train junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry station
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items and concepts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes and ideas
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: $1100 per month + benefits (negotiable based on experience)
