Administrator for a Construction Company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our growing construction company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$, without accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required
- Previous experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Indian nationality preferred
