Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. They will work closely with the finance team to prepare financial statements, analyze budgets and financial data, and make recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger accounting, payroll, and tax filing
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for review by management
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for cost reduction or revenue improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to develop budget plans and monitor actual performance against budgeted targets
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations
- Participate in the annual audit process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1400 per month
