Administrative Director - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of our organization and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise administrative staff
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and information flow
- Oversee office maintenance and supplies
- Handle budgeting and financial management for administrative functions
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
