Merchandiser (Contract Position) - Ajman, UAE
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team on a contract basis in Ajman, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability by ensuring that our products are visually appealing and well-stocked in stores.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays in coordination with the sales team to attract customers and increase sales.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Conduct store visits to ensure that our products are displayed correctly and make necessary adjustments if needed.
- Analyze sales data to identify top-selling products and recommend strategies for increasing sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new product launches or seasonal campaigns.
- Train store staff on product knowledge, display techniques, and selling skills.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor’s products, and pricing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles.
- Proficient in using MS Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
This is a contract position offering a monthly salary of 1300$.
Preference:
This job is open for Pakistani nationals currently residing in Ajman. Own visa candidates will be given preference.

This is an English speaking job, fluency in Urdu/Hindi will be an added advantage. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
