We are a renowned hotel in Ajman, seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality and consistent food preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that appeal to our diverse clientele
- Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and hygiene standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure adherence to company standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage food costs, inventory, and budgeting effectively
- Biometric passport preferred but not mandatory
- Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
- Fluent in English
