Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan, Egypt
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations at our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel including staff, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
Your main duties will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction, managing budgets and expenses, and creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability. You will also be responsible for hiring and training staff, conducting performance evaluations, and handling any guest complaints or issues.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in hotel management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of hospitality operations. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests from different backgrounds.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. As this is a key management role, previous experience in a similar position is required. We are open to applicants from any nationality with the right qualifications and experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by responding promptly to guest needs and concerns
- Manage budgets and expenses to meet revenue targets
- Develop strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue streams
- Hire, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate staff performance
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with all local laws related to the hospitality industry
- Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers and vendors
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all staff members
