Office Assistant
An established office in Al-Wakra is seeking an organized, efficient, and self-motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. No previous experience is required, and candidates with their own visa will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and making deposits
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude towards work
- Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred
