Administrator - English Speaking (Pakistani Nationals) in Abu Dhabi
Our educational institute in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator with excellent English communication skills to join our team. This is a full-time position specifically for Pakistani nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the institute's management team
- Manage and maintain student records and databases
- Assist with the enrollment process for new students
- Coordinate with teachers and staff for scheduling and other administrative tasks
- Communicate with parents and students regarding inquiries, updates, and other information
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Support event planning and coordination for school activities
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must be a Pakistani national currently residing in Abu Dhabi
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse individuals at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Salary: AED 1000 per month (negotiable depending on experience)
