Part-Time Construction Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Al-Malikiyah. This is a part-time position, with a salary of 1100$ per month. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Must be able to work part-time hours in Al-Malikiyah without accommodation
- Valid visa for working in Al-Malikiyah (visa fees will be covered by the company)
