Indian Restaurant Manager in Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant, managing a team of staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff management, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
