Job Title: English Teacher (Nairobi, Kenya)


We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, facilitating classroom discussions, and evaluating student progress. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of teaching experience, be fluent in English, and have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons to students of various ages and abilities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, exams, and other forms of evaluation
- Provide regular feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop innovative teaching strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the primary or secondary level
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational best practices
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Strong classroom management skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
