Rental Coordinator
As a Rental Coordinator for our company in Nairobi, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our rental business. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience and is suitable for men.
In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with suitable rental options. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate rental records, coordinating with our team to ensure timely delivery and return of rental equipment, and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential in this role, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. Proficiency in basic computer skills is also required, as you will be using our rental management software to track inventory and process orders.
