Rental Coordinator
A rental coordinator is responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, providing excellent customer service, and managing the rental inventory for a growing rental company in Nairobi. This is an entry-level position, perfect for freshers looking to start their career in the rental industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their rental inquiries and reservations
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and returns
- Inspect and clean returned equipment before re-renting it out
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking needs
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations when handling equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Nairobi (without accommodation)
