Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing and preparing outgoing mail for delivery
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely restocking
- Schedule appointments, meetings and manage calendars for senior staff members
- Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required
- Keep track of office expenses and assist with budget management
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing and data entry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or degree is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is preferred but not necessary
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required
Working Hours: This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. The working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
