Online Consultant

The Online Consultant will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients via online platforms. This includes responding to inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position based in Remish, with accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this role. This is an urgent position and the selected candidate will need to be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about company products or services
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards clients at all times
- Keep track of client interactions and update relevant records as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with online platforms and tools
- Biometric passport for travel purposes (if not already available, candidate must be willing to obtain one)
- Availability to start immediately

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (with potential for occasional weekend work)

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Remish (accommodation provided)
