Online Consultant (Dickirch, Luxembourg)
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services and to assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, live chat, and social media platforms
- Provide knowledgeable and efficient support to client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services in order to accurately address client needs
- Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to any negative feedback or complaints
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience and make recommendations accordingly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficient in using various online tools and platforms
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
