Junior Merchandiser

As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting the senior merchandising team in managing and developing product lines for our company. This includes conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. You will also assist with inventory management, pricing strategies, and creating visual displays for our retail locations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior merchandising team in developing product lines
- Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze sales data
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist with inventory management and pricing strategies
- Create visual displays for retail locations
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy
- Provide support in preparing reports and presentations on product performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is a plus but not required
