Merchandiser

A reputable retail company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sofia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and merchandising
- Create eye-catching displays that follow company guidelines and attract customers' attention
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Monitor sales trends and adjust product placement accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and sales strategies
- Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure positive brand representation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor's products

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred:
- Experience working in the fashion or beauty industry
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
