Merchandiser for a Retail Company in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
We are a retail company in Plovdiv seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience. You will work closely with the buying and marketing teams to ensure that products are displayed attractively and effectively to drive sales.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute merchandising plans based on market trends and sales analysis
- Collaborate with buying team to select products for display
- Ensure proper placement and presentation of products in-store
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual presentation and make necessary adjustments
- Develop relationships with store managers to gain insights on customer preferences and buying habits
- Train store staff on proper product placement and display techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles, market trends, and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
