Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bansko, a popular ski resort city in Bulgaria. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and address any issues promptly and professionally
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all health codes, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through effective cost management techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management software is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.
