We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Manama. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on site
- Review contracts and negotiate terms with vendors
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress and any issues that arise
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and address any concerns or discrepancies

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. The candidate must have their own accommodation in Manama. Visa sponsorship can be provided if needed.
