Administrative Assistant
Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ajman. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian or Malayalee candidates. This is a great opportunity for individuals who do not speak English fluently or do not have prior experience, as no English language skills or previous work experience are required for this role.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the office team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies and inventory, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to start immediately. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills are also important for this role.
