Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Sharjah, UAE

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operations of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining and organizing physical and digital records
- Drafting and preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Providing general administrative support as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
