An established company in Muharraq is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your duties will include answering phone calls, managing calendars, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong multitasking abilities are also required.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating meetings and events.
- Organizing office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Monitoring office expenses and processing invoices.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Performing data entry tasks.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
