Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist in our Moscow office, you will provide technical support to our clients and employees. This is a part-time position that requires previous experience in computer support and proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both hardware and software, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify recurring technical problems and find solutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Train clients on how to use new systems or software

Requirements:
- Previous experience in computer support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
