Part-Time Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in St. Petersburg. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing our kitchen operations and creating delicious and innovative dishes for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to our customers
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month. Additionally, we provide accommodation for our employees.
