Loader Supervisor



As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders in a fast-paced environment. Your primary role will be to oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of loaders to ensure efficient and safe loading and unloading of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely loading and delivery
- Train and mentor new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Conduct frequent equipment checks to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to management
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of loading activities, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to coordinate loading schedules
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the loading process

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader or in a supervisory role is preferred
- Knowledge of loading procedures, safety regulations, and equipment maintenance is required
- Ability to manage a team effectively with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with different departments and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve any issues that may arise during the loading process
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines


Location: St. Petersburg, Russia (accommodation provided)

Salary: $1000 per month
