Administrative Assistant
An established company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in administrative roles. This job is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Conduct research as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
