We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Izhevsk. As the head of our culinary department, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest level of food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and execution
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Fluent in Russian with good English communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients while meeting guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality in food preparation and presentation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed dining experiences
