Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As the head of our kitchen, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and production, managing a team of kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that reflect seasonal availability and meet the dietary needs of our diverse clientele
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including ingredient sourcing, recipe development, and plating presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with local health regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or menu promotions
- Manage budgetary concerns related to food costs, labor costs, equipment maintenance, and other expenses
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from a reputable institution
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Extensive knowledge of various culinary techniques, recipes, ingredients, and international cuisines
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with both staff members and guests
