Assistant Store Keeper
Looking for an experienced Stockroom Proprietor with previous work experience in the UAE.
Job Duty:
Arrange everyday distributions and also collection in coordination with back workplace.
Coordinate as well as prepare all records needed for deliveries such as delivery notes.
Receieving items every day.
Stocking inventory & maintaining record
Keep receipts/records on goods obtaining & shipment from the stock.
Do other stock-related supply records, first-in, first-out basis etc
. Take care of complete FCL container receiveing
Inspect deliveries for damages or inconsistencies on receiving goods.
Submit all supply related papers such as item invoices and delivery notes
Review all things prior to delivery to customers
Give once a week inventory reporting to administration
Make certain structure and sanitation in storehouse
Make certain a smooth shipment experience for all clients.
Abilities:
Strong communication, management, sychronisation and organizational abilities
Ability to collaborate with little supervision and track numerous procedures
Effectiveness in supply administration
Previous experience as a store owner & knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Ability to drive forklift is a REQUIREMENT.
