1. JOB PURPOSE

To assist the organization in meeting the sales goals by guaranteeing prompt as well as reliable processing of all client orders

2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE

· 12th Class or comparable

· English language-- Read, create and speak- basic level

· Extra language-- advantage

· Substantial MS workplace/ other IT, ERP expertise

· 0-2 years previous experience in similar duty in UAE, exemptions for internal candidates

3. COMMUNICATION AS WELL AS FUNCTIONING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal -Interaction affiliations to Sales team, logistics, EDP Manager, financing

4. KEY DIMENSIONS AS WELL AS RELATED JOB RESULTS

· Handling sales orders based on sales group needs and also forwarding to the logistic Division.

· Producing debit note as well as credit report note of the clients

· Upgrading all status pertaining to stock availability and price of the short articles to sales team

· Handle the handling of all orders with precision within timelines. Accountable for Checking the credit block and also credit line.

· Receive consumer orders through phone, e-mail and exact and prompt providing of delivery orders

· Daily basis monitoring stocks as well as creating record of the same and ahead to sales team

· Adhere to up delivery and also coordinate with sales group
