Sous Cook - Key Kitchen (Warm) - (220000IO).
  • To attend daily meetings with the Exec Chef/ Exec Cook pertaining to food selections.
  • To go to meetings as called for in the Operational Handbook as well as up-date the Executive Chef/ Executive Sous Cook on points increased.
  • To hold a daily as well as regular monthly meeting with the cooking area brigade in the electrical outlet he functions as well as record to Exec Cook/ Exec Chef.
  • To establish cooking standards particular to banquets which meet the needs of the target market.
  • To intend food selections as well as recipes as well as examination examples in combination with the Exec Cook/ Exec Chef.
  • To compose certain and also precise item specifications as well as basic dishes for use in the computer as well as by the Products Supervisor.
  • To use, anywhere feasible, in your area as well as seasonally available items in menus and also "specials". To evaluate daily, all fresh food received to guarantee the quality is maintained.
  • To evaluate two times daily all grocery store and refrigerated areas and suggest, where necessary, right storage space methods to follow Health and wellness & amp Safety and security laws, to avoid perishing as well as ensure regular turnover of food items and offer completed check lists to the Executive Cook.
