Sous Cook - Key Cooking Area (Hot) - (220000IO).
- To attend daily meetings with the Exec Cook/ Executive Sous Cook relating to food selections.
- To participate in conferences as needed in the Operational Handbook and up-date the Exec Chef/ Executive Chef on points elevated.
- To hold an everyday as well as regular monthly conference with the kitchen area brigade in the outlet he works as well as record to Executive Chef/ Exec Sous Cook.
- To establish cooking requirements specific to receptions which meet the requirements of the target audience.
- To intend menus as well as recipes and test samples together with the Executive Cook/ Executive Chef.
- To create specific and precise item specifications and also typical dishes for usage in the computer system as well as by the Products Manager.
