  • To attend everyday meetings with the Executive Chef/ Exec Sous Chef concerning food selections.
  • To participate in conferences as called for in the Operational Handbook as well as up-date the Executive Cook/ Exec Cook on factors increased.
  • To hold an everyday and also month-to-month meeting with the cooking area brigade in the electrical outlet he works and record to Executive Cook/ Exec Sous Chef.
  • To develop culinary standards particular to banquets which satisfy the demands of the target audience.
  • To intend food selections and dishes and also test samples in conjunction with the Executive Chef/ Executive Cook.
  • To create specific and also precise item specifications and conventional recipes for use in the computer and by the Products Manager.
  • To use, anywhere possible, in your area and also seasonally readily available products in menus and also "specials". To examine daily, all fresh food obtained to guarantee the quality is maintained.
