Receptionist/ Front Office Admin
Responsibilities:
- To invite visitors by welcoming them, face to face or on the telephone answering or referring queries.
- To preserve continuity among group jobs by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and also continuing requirements.
- General reception duties-- Receiving/Forwarding Phone calls, Faxes, and Emails, Taking Care Of Carriers.
- General Admin-- Registering New Worker, Filing, Duplicating, Scanning, Comply With up of Papers.
- Making Appointments.
- Participation-- Posting Presence.
- Maintaining a Track on Team Citizen Visits.
- Cheque Collection/ Down Payment/ Distribution.
- Managing Petty Cash.
- Invoice Deliveries.
- Keeping records of Passports, Labor Cards, as well as Labor Dealings.
- Keeping a track of Stationery Supplies.
- Delivery between Workplaces.
- Maintenance and also Workplace Supplies.
- Offering all kinds of Clerical assistance to the General Supervisor. Like
- Setting up Conferences
- Organizing Workplace Activities as well as Occasions
- Maintaining Archives
- Taking care of Material
- Notifying Schedule
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in managing the Function as well as Admin relevant jobs.
