Main Function

Scope

Responsibilities

- Communicate with Vendor & amp Messenger logistics on schedule and RMA shipment routines.

- Ensure all RMA transactions are logged, tracked, as well as escalated based on the team requirement.
- Keep Paperwork of all RMA transactions for required guarantee insurance claims and also Vendor/ ISO audits.
- Coordinate with Group Leaders in determining changing service warranty conditions of various vendor tools.
- Keep track and also intimate on spares that are nearing service warranty expiration within RMA.
- Ensure appropriate condition as well as recognition of spares & amp tools at all times.
- Preserve code of ethics when it come to Attitude, Habits and Commitment while communicating with Vendors & amp Courier Solution.
Experience
4-- 5 years of experience in IT spare components managing.
