The Cook is accountable to aid the Chef de Cuisine in managing his/ her assigned cooking area procedure as a successful independent profit center, guaranteeing maximum guest contentment, through preparation, arranging, directing, and also controlling the Cooking area procedure as well as management.
Credentials
Specialising in Italian Cuisne, Minimum 3 years function experience as Chef in a hotel or huge restaurant with excellent requirements ideally with experience in luxury international brand names. Qualification in Kitchen Area Manufacturing or Management will certainly be a benefit. Comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene methods as well as occupational health and wellness and safety requirements will be crucial. Fundamental Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
