Receptionist/ Front Office Admin
Duties:
To invite visitors by greeting them, face to face or on the telephone answering or referring questions.
To maintain continuity amongst group works by documenting and also communicating activities, irregularities, as well as continuing requirements.
General function duties-- Receiving/Forwarding Phone calls, Faxes, and also Emails, Managing Messengers.
General Admin-- Signing Up New Worker, Declaring, Copying, Scanning, Comply With up of Papers.
Making Consultations.
Presence-- Publishing Participation.
Keeping a Track on Personnel Citizen Visits.
Cheque Collection/ Deposit/ Shipment.
Dealing With Petty Cash.
Billing Deliveries.
Keeping records of Passports, Labor Cards, and also Labor Dealings.
Keeping a track of Stationery Supplies.
Distribution between Offices.
Maintenance as well as Office Supplies.
Providing all type of Clerical assistance to the General Manager. Like
Arranging Conferences
Organizing Office Activities and also Events
Maintaining Archives
Taking care of Material
Notifying Agenda
Experience
3+ years of experience in managing the Reception as well as Admin associated jobs.
