Responsibilities:
To invite site visitors by greeting them, personally or on the telephone answering or referring inquiries.

Attendance-- Uploading Presence.
Maintaining a Track on Team Local Visits.
Cheque Collection/ Deposit/ Shipment.
Handling Petty Cash.
Invoice Deliveries.
Keeping records of Passports, Labor Cards, and Labor Contracts.
Keeping a track of Stationery Products.
Distribution between Workplaces.
Maintenance and also Office Materials.
Giving all type of Clerical assistance to the General Supervisor. Like
Scheduling Conferences
Organizing Office Activities and also Occasions
Keeping Archives
Managing Material
Educating Program
Experience
3+ years of experience in taking care of the Function and Admin relevant jobs.
