Job Responsibilities: Give management and clerical assistance to the General Supervisor, All Departments or People. Taking minutes of meeting. Keeping efficient records and also management. Promoting legal records of the firm. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly program and also arrange brand-new conferences and appointments for the General Manager. Communication and correspondence to all departments. Screen call, reroute telephone calls, and also take messages. Manage communication consisting of e-mails as well as telephone call. Job Needs: Need To have Bachelors Degree and well enlightened. Have to contend the very least 2 years' experience in the same duty. Should be clean and arranged. Ability to multi-task. Good time-management skills.
