DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Register all information regarding our existing customer flow
- Collect, analyse and produce a performance data review report on all the stages of our current customer flow
- Monitor and review all uncommon metrics behaviour
- Research and explore all improvement opportunities to optimise client journey performance
- Collaborate closely with Product Leaders and Owners in order to ensure the delivery of necessary changes in the customer journey
- Provide the team of Product Leaders with useful insights regarding the customer journey
- Complete a full analysis of current competitors on a regular basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of higher education is essential
- Native/fluent in Spanish (Latam or EU) and English, both oral and written (B2)
- Previous experience in Product Management and/or Product Ownership
- Demonstrated experience in conducting marketing research
- Full working proficiency wit MixPanel & Amplitude
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationship with peers
- Excellent presentation delivery & organisational skills
- Previous experience of working with Jira & Confluence will be considered as an advantage
- Strong awareness of product management process is preferred
- Knowledge of forex, stocks and crypto trading is also ideal but not essential.
