Ø Planning food festivals to increase sales
Ø Readying records for use by top degree management
Ø Developing client relationships & getting comments concerning the outlets
Ø Sales telephone calls
Ø Training Associates
Ø Accountable for smooth & regimented functioning of the outlet
Ø Conducting team conference as soon as a month
Ø Guarantee monthly stocks of alcohol, bed linen & stewarding supplies.
Ø Manager's record to be sent on of monthly.
Ø Alcohol declaration to be submitted on of each month.
Ø Tracking of T.B.E.M procedures.
Enabling as well as adherence of the concepts and job techniques outlined under HACCP System in the department viz., Food Security, Hygiene and Sanitation, Health, Storage etc as relevant to the location of your work environment.
