Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. As a Sommelier in our establishment, you will be responsible for selecting, acquiring, and inventorying wine, spirits, and beer. You will manage our wine list, assist customers in selecting bottles, and ensure that staff is properly trained in wine service.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Strong knowledge in the principles and practices of wines, spirits, and beer
• Ability to preach and conduct wine tasting and events
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to operate a POS system
• A genuine passion for hospitality and service
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
