Job Summary

We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about wine, has experience in customer service, and wants to join our exciting restaurant headed by world-renowned Chef.

Demands for the Candidate

* Work experience as Sommelier in the hospitality industry is preferred though we are willing to hire an immigrant with no work experience
* Passionate about wine, able to advice guests on the same
* Must have excellent knowledge of various wine types, and in-depth knowledge of regional and international offerings
* Sharp sense of smell and taste for detecting imperfections
* Knowledge of winemaking as well as knowledge of wine geography, topography and agriculture
* Proven experience in customer service and customer satisfaction
