Position Title: Sommelier

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1500 AED/Monthly

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our dynamic team at a top restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be passionate about wines and have strong expertise understanding the entire wine process and different types of wine. As the Sommelier, you will be responsible for guiding guests through their wine selection and experience in our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier service to guests by selecting, pairing, and recommending appropriate wines
• Educate guests on different types of wines, their flavor profiles, and their origin
• Identify, organize, and manage the restaurant’s wine selection
• Receive orders for wine, arrange for delivery, and coordinate inventory
• Train and manage junior staff in the selection, organization, and management of the restaurant
