Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Doha to handle our accounting requirements. You will be responsible for accounting tasks and functions related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor day-to-day accounts transactions
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Calculate and prepare monthly payroll
• Assists with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial reports
• Advise on tax relief, refunds and other accounts-related issues
• Update financial records
• Ensures compliance with local accounting regulations and legislation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Thorough knowledge of local tax regulations
• Ability to work on tight schedules and operate independently
