We are looking for an organized and motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask while keeping track of a wide range of tasks and projects. In addition, they should be an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, and demonstrate a high degree of professional integrity.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1300. We are open to considering foreign candidates who possess the necessary qualifications and experience.

Primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to executives and managers
- Answering phones, redirecting calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Typing correspondence and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining leaflets, brochures, posters, etc., and updating them as necessary
- Preparing reports, documents and presentations
- Preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings
