Responsibilities:
• Maintain filing systems and order office supplies
• Prepare business correspondence and other documents
• Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
• Handle all incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents
• Receive and answer queries from customers
• Prepare agendas and take notes during meetings
• Prepare invoices and other financial documents
• Keep track of deadlines, appointments, and other important events
